Will this be a real postage stamp that can be used to mail letters?
Yes, it can be used for mailing postal items in Latvia or when mailing postal items from Latvia to other countries. It can not be used to mail letters from abroad.

What is the size of the postage stamp?
The dimensions of the image on a horizontal postage stamp are 38 x 23 mm, vertical – 29 x 31 mm. The postage stamp itself is 45 x 35 mm (horizontal or vertical). The dimensions of a sheet of 20 postage stamps is A4 (210 x 297 mm).

Which image files can be used to create a postage stamp?
Size: up to 5 MB; format: JPG; resolution: at least 300 dpi.

What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 20 stamps or one sheet.

Can a variety of images be used for creating a single sheet of postage stamps?
Only 1 (one) image can be used on each sheet and in each order.

What images cannot be used for the creation of postage stamps?
It is forbidden to use images prohibited by existing laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, racial, ethnic or national hate pictures, erotic and pornographic images, different types of discriminatory pictures, and portraits of other persons without their consent.
We can refuse production of postage stamps without explanation, if the image does not comply with the rules. In such cases, you will receive a letter or an e-mail with a refusal.

What happens if the production of a postage stamp is refused due to non-compliance of the image?
You will be allowed to change the image. If you do not want to change it, you will receive a refund.

How to pay for the order?
To pay for the order, you can use Eurocard / Mastercard, American Express and VISA payment card, as well as Maestro and VISA Electron debit cards issued by the banks of Latvia.

How can I get an invoice for the order, if I need one?
You will receive an invoice-note together with the printed stamps.

How are the postage stamps delivered?
Postage stamps are delivered to addressees in Latvia within 5 business days after order confirmation via an Express Mail courier. The courier will deliver the shipment to the address indicated and pass it directly into the hands of the addressee, previously calling the phone number specified to agree on the desired time of delivery.
Postage stamps to addresses abroad are delivered within 14 days on average via a registered postal item.

Do I have to pay separately for the delivery of postage stamps?
No, delivery charges are already included in the order price.

Can I order a large number of postage stamps?
Of course! If you want to order more than 10,000 stamps (500 sheets), please contact us by calling 67897413 or write to manapastmarka@pasts.lv, and we will agree on individual and favourable order conditions!

What can I do if I am not satisfied with the printed postage stamp?
If the ordered postage stamps are not delivered in accordance with the approved sample (printed across the base frame, positioned wrong  or there are significant typographical errors), you are entitled to request repeated printing and delivery. We do not accept complaints if there are any shifts in colour, because each monitor has slight differences in rendering colours – the colours visible in the monitor and in the image of the printed postage stamps may be different. It should be also taken into account that the special postage stamp paper is slightly yellowish.
